How to reach us
The Massachusetts Registry grows by recommendations from people like you who have worked with a roofing contractor, siding company, deck builder, gutter specialist, or window installer and found them reliable, professional and worth recommending to others. A single good experience with a contractor does not automatically mean we will list them — we apply a consistent set of standards to every business we evaluate, checking for proper licensing, valid insurance, and a track record of completed work. We review every suggestion with the same care we apply to all our listings, and we give each business the same thorough assessment regardless of who recommends them.
We are always looking for businesses that show up on time, stand behind their work, and treat their customers with respect.
You can reach us with a suggestion by filling out the form below, or you can email us directly with the contractor's name and the work they completed for you. We read every message and follow up within three business days to ask any clarifying questions and explain what happens next in our review process. If the contractor meets our standards, they go on our directory and become part of the resource we have built for the community. If they do not quite meet our criteria, we may ask them to apply themselves once they have more time in the market or additional credentials in their field.

Have a specific project in mind
Tell us what work the contractor did — was it a roof replacement, a gutter installation, new siding work, a deck building project, or window replacement? A suggestion with a clear project scope is far easier for us to evaluate than a general recommendation without specifics. When you tell us the type of work, we can immediately see whether this contractor matches the specialties we are trying to build in the directory and whether they serve the right geographic area.
Know how to reach them
The contractor needs to be actively working in the Merrimack Valley and reachable by a consistent phone number, website, or email address that you can verify still works. If the business has moved away or gone inactive, or if their contact information is no longer current, we cannot list them even if they were excellent when you worked with them. We need to be able to include accurate contact details with every listing so that people can actually reach the businesses we recommend.
Tell us why you trust them
One or two sentences about what set them apart from other contractors is genuinely helpful to us — did they show up on time, finish ahead of schedule, or handle a problem better than you expected? These details help us understand what makes them different from the other contractors already on our list and whether they bring something unique to the directory. The more specific you can be about the experience, the stronger your recommendation becomes.
