王庭芳

王庭芳,副研究员、硕士生导师,入选上海市东方英才青年项目(原上海市青年拔尖人才)。2016毕业于中国药科大学获药物化学博士学位,师从张灿教授。2016年入职中国人民解放军第二军医大学药学院任职讲师;2017.1-2019.2在中国人民解放军海军军医大学开展博士后研究;2019年入职太阳成集团tyc7111cc。长期围绕心血管系统疾病开展相关基础研究与新药成果转化,主要方向:1)、活性天然产物的靶标发现、结构优化与成药性研究;2)、心脑血管系统疾病的药物安全高效递送技术;3)、心脑血管创制新药的研究与开发。参与中药Ⅰ类新药的临床前研究及临床研究;申请国家发明专利3项,其中一项已转让与药企。主持或参与国家自然科学基金、上海市自然科学基金面上项目、科技部高端外专项目、上海市卫计委临床研究专项、上海市科委生物医药科技支撑专项、国家重大新药创制计划、太阳成集团tyc7111cc青年英才启航计划(2022)、药企委托开发横向课题等10项。在包括ACS nano、Advanced science、Journal of Controlled release等权威期刊上发表科研论文30余篇。

主要研究领域

1. 活性天然产物的靶标发现、结构优化与成药性研究:采用定量化学蛋白质组技术探讨活性天然产物的靶蛋白与结合模式,阐明作用机制。针对靶标蛋白质的功能结构,利用优势骨架和功能导向合成策略开展结构优化、合成和成药性研究;

2. 心脑血管系统疾病的药物安全高效递送技术;

3. 心脑血管创制新药的研究与开发:中药Ⅰ类新药“XXX”的临床前研究及Ⅰ期临床研究;心血管类创制新药的临床前研究与开发。
